Rozmetov, means — Halal

Return

A Halal certificate is a document that confirms that the raw materials used in production (including additives and spices), as well as the production premises themselves, fixtures, the way of doing business (business) and, accordingly, the final product/service meet Halal requirements. .This document is issued by the International Center for Standardization and Certification “Halal” after a thorough inspection of production by experts. Now the Rozmetov company also has a Halal certificate.

The founder of the Rozmetov family plant, Ziyovuddin Rozmetov, spoke about how the inspection was carried out:

– As soon as we submitted an application to the standardization center, an independent commission flew to Tashkent, which took more than two weeks to carefully and thoroughly studied all the company’s production processes. We went with representatives to farms and slaughterhouses, to factories. At the end of the inspection, all samples of the finished products were sent to the laboratory for DNA testing.

— Can we say that you have not produced halal products before?

— No, we have always produced only halal products, the principles of our company are strict in this matter. Since the founding of the company in 1989, our family has been honoring traditions and guaranteeing the purity of the product.

— What opportunities does the Halal certificate open up?

— New horizons and prospects are opening up for the company, in particular, the opportunity to start exporting. But we do not forget about our beloved consumers in Uzbekistan: we do not stand still, we are constantly expanding our range, working on the stability of quality and preparing many new products.

The Rozmetov enterprise is a family business that passes from generation to generation. This is reflected in the company’s motto, “From Family to Family.” The range of products produced includes semi-smoked and boiled sausages, deli meats, and several Type: s of sausages.
