Currently, his sons \u2014 me and my younger brother \u2014 continue his activities. Our first sausage product produced was Asl Farkhod, and even now this sausage remains the choice of the people and enjoys their love. <\/p>\n<p>The operating principle of the Rozmetov enterprise is based on 4 points.<br \/>\nThis means compliance with \u00abHalal\u00bb requirements, high quality, innovation and attention to staff. And of course, the Rozmetov company works in accordance with the motto \u201cFrom our family to your family.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Thus, the whole process begins from here \u2014 from a pasture rich in greenery. On a private farm, special attention is paid to the quality of feed and the healthy growth of livestock. Our specialists check the health of animals and the quality of their care every day. Animals are slaughtered in accordance with veterinary and sanitary standards, traditions and Shariat requirements.<br \/>\nParticular attention is paid to meat compliance with \u00abHalal\u00bb requirements. After cutting livestock meat after slaughter, the quality of the meat is checked and placed in the freezer. After which the mixture is transported in special carts \u2014 Cheburashkas \u2014 to the next stage of production. This stage consists of the following processes: infusion of the product, frying, boiling, smoking, cooling and drying. At the next stage, for partial cooking of sausages and sausages, the products are placed in thermal cVETCHINA (HAM) bers. Cooking and natural smoking of the product is carried out on the basis of German beech. To maintain the required shape of the finished sausages, they are cooled in cold water. Semi-smoked sausages are cooled as is. <\/p>\n<p>The finished product is placed in a refrigeration room and stored there.
