1. General provisions
1.1. Name of the promotion: “KIDS. Collect a collection of toys” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”).
1.2. The promotion is not an incentive lottery; participation in it is not associated with payment by Participants and is not based on risk.
1.3. Participation in the Promotion is not mandatory.
1.4. Purpose of the Promotion: to attract the attention of potential buyers to products produced and/or sold by LLC “Rozmetov ZM”, and, in particular, to stimulate sales of products under the brand “Rozmetov” — children’s sausages KIDS”
1.5. The general period of the Promotion is from 07/1/2023 to 09/30/202 (inclusive).
1.5.1. The duration of the Promotion is limited by the prize fund of the Promotion. The Promotion can be ended early after the Promotion prize fund is exhausted. Number of toys — 100,000

1.8. The Organizer informs about the ongoing Promotion in the following ways:
1.8.1. By placing advertising and information materials (advertising videos) on outdoor advertising media;
1.8.2. By placing advertising and information materials (advertising posters) in retail chains — places where Rozmetov Products are sold
1.8.3. By posting advertising and information materials on social network pages;
1.8.4. By placing advertising and information materials (advertising videos) on TV;
1.9. THE ORGANIZER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WITH THE MANDATORY PUBLICATION OF SUCH CHANGES ON SOCIAL NETWORKS PAGES;
1.10. Definitions:• Promotional product – Rozmetov “KIDS Sausages” products described in article
2.1. of these Terms with a gift plastic construction toy inside the package and a promotional sticker on the package.
• Promotional sticker is a yellow sticker with the inscription “SUPERQAHRAMONLAR koleksiyasini to’pla/Collect a collection of SUPERHEROES” on the outside of the package containing a gift toy inside.
• Prizes Shares – Inventory value, free for the buyer, purchased at the expense of the organizers of the action.
2. Conditions of participation in the Promotion. Winners of the Promotion.
2.1. Rozmetov promotional products “KIDS Sausages” that participate in the Promotion:
2.1.1. Children’s sausages “Rozmetov KIDS”, sold in gas packaging weighing 700 g; 2.2. In total, the Promotion involves 100,000 units of prize construction toys.
2.3. To become a Participant in the Promotion, you must complete the following actions from July 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023 inclusive:
2.3.1. Purchase “Rozmetov KIDS” promotional products with a promotional sticker; inside each package with a promotional sticker there is a guaranteed gift in the form of a packaged construction toy.
2.4. If at the end of the Promotion there are undistributed Prizes of the Promotion, the Organizer disposes of such Prizes by any means that do not contradict the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2.5. Each Participant can take part in the Promotion an unlimited number of times during the specified promotion period.
3. Prize Fund of the Promotion, total number of prizes

3.2. To receive a prize, the participant must complete the following actions:
3.2.1. Purchase “Rozmetov KIDS” promotional products with a promotional sticker in accordance with clause 2.3.1.;
3.2.2. Open the product packaging and receive a guaranteed prize in the form of a designer toy.
3.3. The prize fund of the Promotion is formed at the expense of the Organizers of the Promotion.
3.4. The integrity and functional suitability of prizes must be checked by the Promotion Participants and, in case of damage or manufacturing defects, exchanged for a similar one by the organizer of the promotion.
3.5. The external parameters and physical characteristics of the Promotion Prizes are determined at the discretion of the Organizer and may not coincide with the expectations of the participants. Promotion prizes may differ in appearance from their images in television commercials and promotional materials.
4. Procedure for informing about the results of the Promotion and spending the Prize Fund of the Promotion4.1. Notifications about the Promotion and the Prize Fund are posted on TV, on social networks, and are also available by calling the hotline (871) 200-19-895. Special conditions.
5.1. Prizes of the Promotion cannot be replaced, including with a cash equivalent.
5.2. Participation in the Promotion implies familiarization and full agreement of the Promotion Participants with these Terms.
5.3. During the promotion period, “Rozmetov KIDS” products with a promotional sticker cannot be returned.
5.4. The promotion is not a lottery or other risk-based game.
5.5. The Organizer reserves the right to post additional information about the Promotion.
5.6. Uzbekistan and these Terms.
5.7. The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early by posting a corresponding message on social networks in the event of the end of prizes during the promotion period (from July 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023);

5.9. Images of prizes in advertising materials may differ from the Type: of real prizes (color, proportions, etc.).
5.10. The designer gift toy must be opened strictly under the supervision of parents, as there are small parts.
5.11. In everything that is not provided for by these Rules, the Organizer and Participants of the Promotion are guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
